1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: USA, UK and Australasia. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to check when and if we can add it as an option.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Global Shipping via DHL: 4-7 business days

Note that we ship from several locations worldwide, so depending on your order and current stock levels this will be dispatched from the most appropriate location at the time.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are included in product prices. 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, or if you believe it may be lost, please contact us at support@thirstyseats.com. We will investigate with the shipping provider and assist you accordingly.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
