Q: How long will my parcel take to get here?

A: We use DHL to ensure reliability - so typically your package will be with you in 3-5 days no matter where you are. 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently - USA, Canada, UK, Northern Europe, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand. More locations will follow.

Q: What are the physical dimensions?

A: Laid out the full length is 140 cm (55") and width is 75cm (30"). The "hood" at the top has a pocket depth of 25cm (10"). They weigh 490 grams (less than 1 pound).

Q: Do they fit all cars?

A: An overwhelming majority yes. They are generously proportioned to give a loose fit that is held in place securely - firstly with an elasticated band that fits around the back of the seat and then with the "hood" that hooks on to the headrest. Optionally you can further secure them with an elasticated strap that can hook under the seat. 

Q: Do they fit rear seats?

A: Usually yes - provided there is a decent headrest to hold them in place. You probably won't be able to stretch the band around the seat though, so if you prefer you can cut that band off altogether.

Q: How do I wash them?

A: Easily clean them in a washing machine on a low temperature setting. After that hang them out to dry (do not tumble dry) and refit in quick time!

Q: Can I leave them on my seats permanently?

A: You can, but our recommendation is for intermittent use. They are designed to come on and off quickly to allow you to clean or dry them as opposed to being a replacement permanent seat cover.

Q: How big are they when not in use?

A: Fold them up when not in use and they will fit anywhere you need. They weigh 480g (around 1lb) and will fold up to be approximately 20cm x 30cm x 5cm (8"x12"x2") when
